Kentucky

The laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, govern these terms. Conflict rules that would point to another jurisdiction are not used. Court disputes go to courts in Kentucky that have jurisdiction.

Not a license key, not a lease on a server

Writing about a span is a general description. It is not a software specification, a license key, or a runtime you can install. Writing about a nook mark is a general description too. It is not a floor plan, a furniture list, or a property description. Selling software and renting servers each have their own contracts and risks. For a permit or on-site work, contact the local authority or a qualified practitioner. Do not treat a note on this site as a software quote or a hosting contract.

Bench Card, Hatch Line, and Runtime Reading are not a claim that GODWIN CLOUDHATCH SOFTWARE LLC is an official partner of any platform. They are not a promise of approval, installs, clicks, or revenue.

Turned away

A letter that asks the company to fake a review, pay for an install, farm an account, rent an account, fake traffic, or dodge a platform rule is refused.

Attachments should be yours to send. Do not include passwords, payment cards, or another person's identity document.

Drawings and sentences

Site text and line drawings belong to GODWIN CLOUDHATCH SOFTWARE LLC unless a passage is marked as yours. Saving a page for your own checking is fine. Turning the site into a product, or speaking as the company, needs written consent.

The name, address, phone, email, license number, and D-U-N-S number are published so they can be checked. Service pages describe written notes. They become an offer only if a later written reply says so.

As the pages stand

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the company does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free pages. When a company record changes, use the revision on Company Information. To the extent the law allows, GODWIN CLOUDHATCH SOFTWARE LLC is not liable for indirect loss from use of the site or from reliance on a general note. Liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded here.

Any page that links outward leaves you on terms set by that other site. Social links and store links are not on these pages. Fonts load from Google Fonts.

If you stay

Using this website is an acknowledgement of these terms. If you disagree, leave the site. Correspondence outside the site can continue where the law allows.
